In life and in sports, Bronson McClelland is guided by David McClelland’s Human Motivation Theory. So much sow, that he has even adopted and adapted the concept to his college athletic career. In short, human motivation centers around the concept of effort and reward; or the idea that humans are most motivated to achieve something when there is a reward of recognition. This is certainly seen throughout the sports community, with teams facing off every season to win the Super Bowl, World Series and so many other elite competitions.
